«Diamond Butterfly»

The film award trophy — the «Diamond Butterfly». Each statuette is set with nearly 5,000 diamonds and created by Honored Artist of Russia Yuri Kuper. The statuettes are crafted in Kostroma — the jewellery capital of Russia. The winners received not only the «Diamond Butterfly» statuettes. The winner in the «Best Film» category received a 10-carat Yakut diamond worth the equivalent of one million dollars. Winners in the other categories, in addition to the statuette, each received a Yakut diamond weighing more than five carats and worth the equivalent of 250 thousand dollars.
