Personal Data Processing Policy

Operator: «Russian Culture Foundation» (OGRN 1177700008012, 6/7 bldg 1 Gogolevsky Boulevard, Moscow 119019, Russia), info@rcfoundation.ru. We process only what our forms ask for: contact requests, film submissions, film session applications and press accreditation (including passport details required for accreditation).

Technical cookies keep the site working (sign-in, drafts, language). Yandex.Metrica (counter 110446846, session recording disabled) loads only after your consent in the banner; you can change that choice below at any time.

Notifications go through Resend (USA), and accreditation details (without passport scans) are mirrored to Google Sheets (USA) for the press team. Data is kept until the processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn; to request access, correction, blocking, deletion or withdrawal, write to info@rcfoundation.ru.
