Winners are determined by the vote of the expert council, which includes outstanding figures of world cinema.
The Expert Council is formed from authoritative specialists of the country hosting the Film Award in the current year, possessing special knowledge, experience and qualifications. Each member has an equal vote. The selection process ensures impartiality and recognises genuine artistic merit regardless of a film's budget or country of origin.
