The Expert Council is formed from authoritative specialists of the country hosting the Film Award in the current year, possessing special knowledge, experience and qualifications. Each member of the Expert Council has an equal vote. The selection process ensures impartiality and recognises genuine artistic merit regardless of a film's budget or country of origin.
